Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you refuse a shipment from GND Fitness or miss the collection time from your post office, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse This amount will be deducted from your return.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Protein Powder
Shipping

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
There are certain situations where only a partial credit is granted (if applicable) 
Product with obvious signs of use and/or open. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns/Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the form of a store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Change of Mind Returns

GND Fitness will allow a return for store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

  • returned within 14 days of receiving order;
  • as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
  • in a resalable condition; and
  • not damaged in any way.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. To return your item for change of mind, you must follow our returns process.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

You may be provided with a product exchange or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements state here.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address

Change of mind returns are not accepted for supplements. 

If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us via email. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.

Shipping
To return your product, you will need to mail your product to the address that will be provided once you have contacted GND Fitness at sales@gndfitness.com.au
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning your product it is important that you are using a traceable shipping service (request a tracking number) or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
