I've recently purchased this weighted rope set with bone grip handles. It arrived quickly. The set has a quality look and feel and comes in a nice carry case. The three different weighted ropes turn well and maintain a clean and controlled loop as you turn in comparison with my old cheap plastic speed rope. The ropes are easy to change.

First time purchasing this type of rope. So impressed with the level of quality. Easy to replace. I haven't looked back. This has taken over from my old rope now. Love the smooth feeling and speed when I skip. Highly recommend.

Great weight vest - super sturdy and comfortable to wear.

My rope broke straight away and once its twisted, it wouldn’t untwist ever again.

This rope is awesome. I love the feel of it. It spins so smoothly and has just the right amount of weight to it. Within minutes of using it for the first time, my double unders levelled up.

I received my vest last week and have had the opportunity to wear it a few times now. I’m really impressed with the product- it’s a one size fits all, but it fits great and is easily adjustable.

Whether you’re going on a ruck with it or getting some training in I highly recommend it.

Lastly, I wanted to give a shout out to the customer service team.

The customer experience was amazing- far better than dealing with leading competitors, the level of transparency and communication was outstanding.

Love this set!
I had a basic skipping rope and had worn it out so was looking for something better quality. The weighted rope set is a great way to increase the heart rate and feel your whole body work that bit harder. Easy to change ropes and adjust to your height which makes so much difference!
Love the travel bag it comes in and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!! ☺️

Today I returned home and GND delivery waiting for me .

I went and started using the middle rope to see if length and everything was sweet.
I could not get over the response,the weighted handles the ease of the rope not only that I could feel a lot faster as apposed to the ropes I have been using.I think I have become a stronger skipper over my first skipping ropes that I purchased previously.This set up is awesome switching out different ropes at a quick turn around brings so much to a workout.I can’t believe it took me so long to change.Good lesson is to always look at changing up your equipment as you grow and get fitter and stronger.Thanks GND you have impacted my life in many ways.

Happy with the protein part of the powder but it tastes artificial or fake in some way

My trainer put me onto these bands, they are really comfy, stay in place and definitely help with targetting my glutes! I love using them!

I love how light and smooth the rope is. I’m just learning DUs and am finally seeing some progress using this rope. Customer service is great too!

I bought both the Light and Medium GND Fabric Booty Bands at a bargain price! They are not as wide as most booty bands but still as useable. Unfortunately, the light bands lost its shape within the first use. I wouldn't buy the light band again but I recommend and will definitely buy more of the medium & heavy bands - such a great price!
Three stars for the light bands, 5 stars for the medium bands.
