Adjusting the height of your GND Skipping Rope:
1) Release the top screw
2) Pull the rope through the eyelet until you are at the perfect length
3) Tighten the top screw & your ready to go!
To change up your workout and to give yourself an extra challenge you can add weight to the handle by simply removing the bottom screw and sliding weight into the handle of the rope.
